Start from
Sveti Vlas in the opposite direction to
Sunny Beach - to Cape Emine. Drive to the East along the coast. The
coastal road before you reach the cape will take you to the
resort village of Elenite.
The drive is actually a
journey along a well-maintained promenade, to the right of which the
sea stretched. Between
the beach and the road is dotted with new 4-5 storey
hotels. It is your choice whether to stop at one of them or to proceed to the final
destination.
From sky view, this well-planned
seaside resort looks like a seagull in flight. The place where it was built is specially chosen. It is designed as a
park, among which there are
hotels and
restaurants. This planning is still evident today in the exotic vegetation and well-arranged green areas. Construction of the resort began in the mid-80s. The management was entrusted to a young and ambitious team, supported by the "lions" of
maritime tourism. This approach pushes the development of the
resort forward.
Elenite is the seaside resort with the most sun in the year: an average of 260 days. The village is facing entirely to the South.
It is located on the beach. On clear mornings the view goes far and the feeling is that Sozopol can be seen.
Less than 10 km in a straight line is Emine. This is the point recognized as the beginning of the Southern Black Sea coast.
