St. Anastasia Island

The island of St. Anastasia is one of the most interesting and mysterious places in Burgas. For millennia, this island has been shrouded in legends. These legends mention a buried treasure, which is preserved to this day by the ghost of a sailor, as well as a ship petrified by St. Anastasia herself, whose shape is still observed near the island.

On the island you can spend the night in a monk's cell, enjoy delicious mussels while drinking tea from fresh herbs and take a walk in the beautiful nature and its small streets.
